CAIRGNOIR is the signature wine from our winegrower Luc, produced only in the best years due to the high quality standards and limited quantity of Carignan available. This cuvée, crafted from two barriques, blends Carignan from two vintages with a touch of Grenache, both autochthonous grape varieties. The result is a powerful, aromatic, and complex red wine, showcasing ripe dark berries and pronounced flavours of cooked meat. it pairs exceptionally well with veggie dishes, pasta, or aged cheese. CARIGNOIR is a rare find, perfect for special occasions or for further aging to enhance its depth.
