GRENALTO 2022 is a remarkable monocépage (100% grenache), sourced from the highest vines of the vineyard, lending its name to both its variety and altitude. These old vines thrive on chalky soil, imparting unique characteristics to the wine. This part of the vineyard was our winegrowers' alibi for embracing natural winemaking in the early 2000's. With no sulphites or additives, GRENALTO offers an intense bouquet of ripe red berries, balanced acidity, and a complex flavour profile. It pairs wonderfully with grilled lamb, ratatouille, and aged cheeses.
