Shipping and Payment Terms
A. Shipping Costs and Information
Shipping of goods is standardly available only within Germany. Depending on the scope of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD or DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the information provided below.
A.1 Shipping within Germany
For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 6.95 EUR per order.
For shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 15 EUR. There is no island surcharge for the islands of Rügen, Usedom, and Fehmarn.
For orders with a gross value of 100 EUR or more, shipping is free of charge.
A.2 Shipping outside Germany (EU)
If you wish to have your order shipped to another EU country, please email us (cheers@capsule-wine.com) before placing an order. Please include the item(s), quantity, delivery address, country, and corresponding postal code. We will then inform you promptly whether we can ship to the desired country and provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about shipping options and costs in advance from our shipping partner.
B. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days, and international deliveries take 5-8 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Processing times for customs clearance are not included in the delivery time estimates.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
